Free Weight Loss Hypnosis For Everyone From The Famous Harley Street in London

London, England – A leading media fitness and diet expert has teamed up with one of Harley Street’s leading Hypnosis / NLP therapists  Trevor Hoskisson to offer free home study weight loss hypnosis to help reduce the obesity crisis across the world.
Weight Loss Mind Power For Life is a groundbreaking new eight day weight loss hypnosis and NLP system that focuses on dealing with the 8 key problem areas of people who struggle to lose weight…
  • Sleep
  • Motivation Mindset
  • Focus
  • Comfort Eating
  • Motivation To Exercise
  • Eating Habits
  • Emotional Eating
  • Stress
By approaching each of these areas and then concentrating on the ones which resonate with the user most, those with weight problems can significantly change their habits by tapping into the subconscious mind.
Simon says: “Hypnosis is quite misunderstood due to ‘on stage’ entertainment, and that’s why it’s important to educate about the huge benefits that hypnosis can have on somebody that wants to lose weight. A lot of the time people yo-yo diet again and again and they repeat the cycle because their habits have been hard wired. That can be changed”.
Those looking to get started with weight loss hypnosis can get started by watching the free video at www.weightlossmindpowerforlife.com and then entering their details to claim their first free hypnosis session ‘Super Sleep’.
“We decided to give away the sleep session because it’s such a common problem related to weight loss and not many people realise it” added Simon.

Lack Of Sleep May Be Keeping You Fat

You might not be aware that the amount of sleep you get has a direct effect on how much weight you are able to lose. Studies have shown us that the body’s capacity to burn fat is affected by how much sleep you get every night.
Studies that have investigated the link between sleep and weight loss have made two significant findings. Firstly, the body burns fewer calories when you sleep less. Secondly, when you don’t get enough sleep, your body tempts you to eat more.
A study by Dr. Christian Benedict of Uppsala University in Sweden found that men who are sleep-deprived but still eat the same amount of food as usual burn between 5-20% less calories than when they get enough sleep. The team discovered that even just a single night of missed sleep slows down the body’s metabolism the next morning.
On top of this, it’s also been found that sleep deprivation leads to more cravings to eat. Another study by Marie-Pierre St-Onge of the New York Obesity Research Centre found that people who were deprived of sleep fed themselves an extra 300 calories on average during the day in comparison to well-rested people.
These two studies are just two of many research studies that provide evidence that sleep-deprivation is directly linked to gaining weight. The findings from research suggest that sleep plays a part in how your body manages the hormones that control your hunger. When you are tired, you are more susceptible to giving in to your desires to eat fatty foods.

If you are trying to lose weight yourself, don’t neglect the importance of getting enough sleep. If you are someone who has trouble falling asleep at night, you may be able to benefit from sleep hypnosis.
Sleep hypnosis is a method of relaxing your body and mind to help you drift into sleep. It has often been used to cure cases of insomnia.
Contrary to what many may believe, hypnotherapy is very safe and can’t cause you any harm. In fact, it is a much safer method for falling asleep than many of the over-the-counter sleep inducing products that you can find. Using medication to fall asleep can leave you dependant on drugs, whereas sleep hypnosis can help you fall asleep naturally without having to put any manufactured drugs into your body.
Sleep hypnosis helps train your body and mind relaxation techniques that allow you to sleep peacefully. Because of the stresses that occur during the day, stressful thoughts can occur that are stored in the subconscious mind.
When you try to sleep at night, the subconscious takes over. If there are lots of stressful thoughts floating around it will have difficulty relaxing and drifting into sleep. The purpose of sleep hypnosis is to eradicate this problem by helping your mind to relax deeply and do away with the stress that prevents you from resting.
Getting a good amount of sleep will help you lose weight in many ways. First of all, being as your body has more time to refresh, your bodily systems such as your metabolism will be working at full force. This means you will burn calories much quicker.
Also, if you are feeling lethargic, it’s more likely that you’ll be tempted to graze on unhealthy snacks. If you are feeling refreshed on the other hand, you will feel less urge in the body to fill up on unhealthy foods.
There’s great news as you can get a FREE Sleep Hypnosis session!!

Using NLP To Help You Lose Weight

Losing weight is as much of a mental battle as it is a physical challenge. Lack of belief or lack of motivation can often be what stops people from being successful with dieting. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a technique of re-framing negative thought patterns and programming the subconscious mind to empower you to take positive actions.
To successfully apply NLP for weight loss, you firstly need to identify the negative thought patterns you have that are preventing your weight loss quest from being successful. Perhaps you have thoughts like “I’ve always been fat, therefore I always will be”, or “losing weight is hard”.
When you have identified the negative thought patterns that are holding you back, you can use NLP to reprogramme them. If you have been thinking in this way for a long time, your beliefs will have become ingrained in your subconscious mind. If this happens, your subconscious will ensure that the way you act is in alignment with these negative beliefs.
When you re-train the subconscious to believe that you are losing weight successfully, it will do everything it can to make sure your actions reflect this.
Here is a brief summary of the benefits of using NLP for weight loss:
  • Re-trains your subconscious and changes your beliefs about food and exercise
  • Changes the way you think about yourself
  • Identifies and eliminates the fears that are holding you back
  • Can help you change your habits and eliminate problem foods from your diet
  • Triggers long-term lifestyle changes rather than a short-term fix
NLP Techniques

NLP for weight loss can be used to help you control your food intake. Many people have unhelpful unconscious thought patterns that cause them to eat irresponsibly.
Without knowing, many people associate eating fatty foods with pleasure, or as a way to escape stress. Being as these thought patterns operate almost on auto-pilot, many people do not stop to think about whether eating what they are about to eat is really a good idea.
NLP can change these associations so that the thought of eating unhealthy foods would fill you with negative feelings, while the thought of eating healthy foods would make you feel good.
Here is an example of an NLP technique that can change the associations you have with unhealthy food:
Firstly, visualize in your mind some of your favourite fatty snacks. Picture the image clearly in your mind. Next, relate this food to a disgusting image. Add a horrible image into your visualization such as you vomiting. To make the image worse, add a horrible smell and and a terrible taste to your visualization.
Visualize and imagine the nasty image, and the terrible taste and smell as intensely as you can. Do this a few times. Really experience how sick the image makes you feel.
After doing this a few times you will start to notice how that food is no longer attractive to you, and the thought of eating it makes you feel disgusted. This will compel you to avoid this food.
NLP is an indefensible tool to anybody who is trying to lose weight. Use it effectively and you can train yourself to exercise and eat healthily with ease.

Put An End To Comfort Eating With Hypnosis

If you’re reading this then you probably have a problem with comfort eating. Comfort eating is a short-term way of distracting ourselves from other stresses in life. Unfortunately though, comfort eating can become a dangerous behaviour pattern that can have bad effects on our health and cause us to pile on weight. Hypnosis is a form of therapy that has helped many people with comfort eating problems.
Comfort eating is perfectly normal. There’s nothing wrong with eating some of your favourite foods to feel better. But when you make this a regular occurrence, it can be very destructive.
Why Do We Comfort Eat?

The reason you may comfort eat is because it has become a long-term habit. You may well have developed a comfort eating habit as a means of taking attention away from other stresses in your life. In some cases, comfort eating can arise simple from boredom.
Regardless of why you started comfort eating, the reason why it is so difficult to stop is because it has become a deep habit. The more and more you repeat this type of behaviour, the more it becomes a natural way for you to act.
Why Comfort Eating Is Bad for You

Comfort eating usually involves the intake of high levels of sugar and carbohydrates. An overdose in these nutrients does not get you into a good state of mind.
With huge fluctuations in blood sugar levels and the guilt that comes with overeating, you’re most likely to experience negative emotions and mood swings. When you feel bad, it is much harder to make positive changes in your life.
To be able to make positive changes, you need to have a positive focus, which is hard to possess if you are filling your body with junk.
Hypnosis

Hypnosis deals with the mental side of making positive life changes. It can help to reduce the noise of the negative voice inside your head and replace it with a more positive voice that virtually forces you to make positive changes.
Contrary to what you may have been made to believe through television and movies, hypnosis is perfectly safe and cannot make you act against your will. It cannot implant new ideas into your head; it can simply enhance the positive values you already have that may have been suppressed.
How it Works:
Hypnosis works by feeding positive hypnotic suggestions into your subconscious mind. These messages are designed to supplement your desirable values to empower you to improve your judgement.
It can help your subconscious to distinguish between what is good for you and what is bad for you. While this may be obvious to your conscious mind, when your subconscious believes otherwise, it can be very hard to break bad habits as the subconscious will resist your attempts to make changes.
This is why hypnosis has been so effective for so many people, because it makes changes on such a deep level. By re-programming your subconscious to believe that comfort eating is destructive, your natural urge to binge eat will subside.
Then as your eating habits gradually change, the thought of eating comfort food will make you feel bad. The old feelings of comfort you got from eating junk food will be replaced with negative feelings which propel you to avoid them.
Summary:
  • We comfort eat to avoid negative feelings like stress and boredom
  • Repeated comfort eating turns into a natural habit
  • The more you comfort eat, the more the subconscious accepts it as regular behaviour
  • The more resistance to change you get from your subconscious, the harder it is to make positive changes
  • Hypnosis can teach the subconscious to associate comfort eating with negativity rather than pleasure
  • When the subconscious has been reprogrammed, there will be no resistance to making positive changes

Improving Your Weight Loss Motivation with NLP

In all areas of life, the most successful people are the ones who stay motivated. Whether trying to excel in business, careers, or sports, motivation is the key factor that separates the successful people from the non-successful.
Weight loss is no different. If you want to lose weight successfully and stay healthy, you need to be motivated to eat wisely, exercise regularly, and carry out the right actions that will improve your prospects of achieving your goals.
Losing weight isn’t always an easy task. Giving up your favourite foods or sticking to an exercise plan takes a lot of commitment, so you need to give yourself a good reason to stay on track.
There’s no doubt that there will be many moments when you feel tempted to give up on your diet or exercise plan and go back to your old ways. That’s where hypnosis and NLP can have a huge affect. The use of Neuro Linguistic Programming can help you stay motivated to achieve your weight loss goals on a subconscious level.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is a form of hypnosis that helps you reprogram you subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is a powerful driving force that works with our conscious mind to control our actions. Destructive thought patterns can have an adverse effect on the subconscious and result in you acting out negative behaviours.
Reprogramming your subconscious mind helps you to reverse negative and fearful thought patterns that prevent you from staying motivated to achieve your goals.
NLP Techniques
Here is an NLP technique that can help you stay motivated to achieve your weight loss ambitions.
First of all, take some time to get yourself into a relaxed state. Once you are relaxed, imagine how you would look in 5 years time if you still haven’t lost any weight. Make the image clear and detailed. Imagine your quality of life. Imagine how your body would feel. Fully experience the pain of living unhealthily.
Next, picture yourself with the perfect body. Imagine how great it feels to be fit and healthy. Make the image clear and vivid. Perhaps you can picture yourself on a long distance run, or wowing people on the middle of the dance-floor. Just imagine all the wonderful things you’d be able to enjoy doing if you had reached the perfect body weight.
When doing this exercise, feel the pain of being overweight and the pleasure of being healthy as strongly as possible.
The association of pain with staying overweight, and the association of pleasure with being healthy sends a powerful message to your subconscious mind.
Motivation is one of the biggest factors when it comes to weight loss, and the power of the mind is something you must not forget. Using your mind wisely can send the right message to your subconscious which in return will help you act in alignment with you objectives.
Having the subconscious on your side is like having your own internal personal trainer. Keep your motivation levels high on a deep level, and your dream of shedding your excess weight will be become much easier.

Hypnosis Helped Pop Star Lily Allen Drop 2 Dress Sizes

Hypnosis is used widely over the world to help with weight loss. UK pop star Lily Allen is one of many people who have reaped the benefits from hypnotherapy. With the assistance of hypnotherapy, she was able to drop two dress sizes and go from a size 12 to a size 8.
Before losing her weight, Lily posted a depressing message on her social media page describing herself as “fat and ugly”. After going through hypnotherapy for weight loss however, the 22 year old found herself 2 dress sizes slimmer, and said: “After the hypnotism, I want to go to the gym every day, otherwise I feel really bad.”
Lily Allen is just one of thousands of people from across the world who have successfully lost weight after using hypnosis. Some studies of hypnotherapy have shown us that hypnosis can increase the chances of losing weight by up to 90%.
How Does Hypnosis Work?

Hypnosis works by deprogramming the brain and implanting thoughts into the subconscious mind at a deep level. In Lily Allen’s case, this would have involved messages being delivered to her subconscious mind while she was in a state of deep relaxation.  These messages would have been along of the lines of :”You will do everything you can to reach your desired weight”, “you feel a lot of motivation to exercise”.
Hypnosis for weight loss can be very effective and is also a very realistic method for helping you to lose weight. It makes controlling your food intake a lot easier because it works closely with your body’s natural desires.
To be clear, hypnosis cannot work if it is not used in conjunction with a healthy, balanced diet. What it can do though is prevent you from having the urge to eat junk food and give you the subconscious motivation to want to exercise.
A big part of losing weight is changing behavioural patterns. Making drastic eating adjustments and adopting a new exercise plan is always difficult because it is not something you are used to.
When you try to change a habit, you will always get resistance from your subconscious mind because it is so used to your usual behaviours. Hypnosis communicates with your subconscious to let it know that it’s OK for you to behave in new ways. This takes the struggle and stress out of trying to lose weight.
Luckily, hypnosis is not something that is only reserved for rich celebrities. Anybody can learn about hypnosis affordably without having to shell out masses of money. If you need to gain the motivation and will-power to aid your weigh loss quest, you should strongly consider learning about the powers of hypnosis.

How To Reduce Weight Loss Stress

Many dieters don’t realize that stress is one of the biggest factors that prevents them from being able to lose weight. The affect of stress on our bodies has a very negative impact when it comes to losing body weight. Hypnosis has proved to be invaluable to many dieters for helping them to keep their stress levels under control.
Our body has limits for how much stress it can cope with. When we become too stressed, the adrenal glands in the body go into overdrive and push it into “fight of flight” mode. When this happens, the adrenal glands release certain chemicals into the body which are less than helpful when we are trying to lose weight.
One of these chemicals is Cortisol. Cortisol increases insulin levels in the blood and causes the body to slow down the burning of fat. In addition, Cortisol elevates blood sugar levels and causes the body to store more fat.
Another chemical released during stressful times is Adrenaline. Increased levels of adrenaline causes the body to retain more fluids, which increases body weight. Stress also triggers the production of Galanin which has a tendency to give us cravings for fats and carbohydrates.
As we can see, becoming stressed is very harmful if you are trying to lose weight. No matter how good of a diet or exercise routine you have, if you can’t control your stress, it will be a lot harder to lose weight.
So, one of the keys to losing weight is relaxation, and that’s where hypnosis can be so valuable. Hypnosis is wonderful for reducing stress because it activates the body’s natural relaxation response.
When your body is in a relaxed state, systems in your body such as the immune system and the endocrine system quickly return the their natural healthy functioning. This restores the chemical balance inside your body meaning it can deal with foods appropriately and won’t store as much fat.
With practice, it is possible to get into this feeling of deep relaxation in as little as three minutes. It is almost like having stress relief on tap. If you can become deeply relaxed this quickly, it is priceless for your weight loss prospects.
In addition to helping you relax, hypnosis can help you distinguish between good and bad stress. Stress that invigorates you and inspires you to tackle life’s challenges helps you to reach your potential. On the other hand, stress based on irrational worrying can fill you with fear, anxiety and ultimately depression.
One of the huge benefits of hypnosis is that it can help you learn how to relax yourself in all stressful situations. When you can do this, you can easily replace your negative thinking patterns with positive thoughts that will lift your spirits.
The importance of reducing stress must not be overlooked when you are trying to lose weight. Hypnosis is therefore one of the most valuable tools you have.
Recap:
  • Our body has limits regarding how much stress it can handle.
  • Our bodies release Cortisol and Adrenaline when we are stressed which causes our body to store more fat and burn it slower
  • Relaxation via hypnosis restores our body’s systems to their natural healthy state, and restores the chemical balance.
  • Hypnosis can teach us to feel relaxed in all stressful situations. Thus, replacing negative thoughts with positive uplifting thoughts is easy.

How To Get Will Power To Lose Weight

Many people give up on dieting due to the sheer frustration of not seeing results despite their best efforts. There is a common trait that separates people who get results with weight loss and those who don’t. People who fail to lose weight are usually the ones who try to use will-power alone to stick to their dieting regime. The ones who lose weight successfully are the people who think positively and have a strong unconscious motivation to succeed.
When it comes to losing weight, your state of mind both consciously and unconsciously is a huge factor.
Will-Power is Not Enough

Many people fail to lose weight successfully because they rely solely on will-power and don’t have a deeper desire to succeed. The reason will-power alone doesn’t work is because it is a product of the conscious mind. It’s all good trying to tell yourself you’re going to succeed, but if you don’t believe it on a deep level,  it isn’t going to happen.
To stick to a healthy diet plan successfully, it requires a deep motivation to improve your personal health, which can only come from the subconscious mind.
Re-Programming the Subconscious

You can start shifting the focus of your subconscious by paying attention to your thoughts. To change your habits, you first need to become aware of them.
So, if you constantly think about food and talk to people about food all the time, it’s probably going to cause you to snack a lot.
By monitoring your thoughts you can begin the re-programming of your subconscious mind. Whenever you are thinking about food, direct your thoughts upon something else. This is the beginning of ending your desire for instant self-gratification through food.
You also need to switch your focus from thinking about what you don’t want, and focus more on what you do want. So, if you constantly think about not wanting to be fat, chances are you will stay overweight.
If however you focus on the fact that you do want to be slim, your subconscious will respond to your thought patterns and do everything it can to empower you to make it happen.
Hypnosis

An even deeper and more direct way to re-programme the subconscious mind is through hypnosis.
Hypnosis has been used by professionals for years to help people lose weight. Studies have shown that dieters are 30 times more likely to lose weight if supplementing their diets with hypnotherapy.
Voicing your positive desires out loud in your head has a very powerful effect. It is even more powerful however when these messages are expressed during hypnosis.
During hypnosis, your subconscious mind becomes very vulnerable to suggestions, and therefore positive and empowering messages can be sent to it directly.
This drastically speeds up the time it takes for your subconscious to believe in your positive thoughts. When it is clear to your subconscious that you intend to make positive changes and it believes you can do so, it will help you out in any way possible.
This means that you may feel strongly motivated to go to the gym or avoid fatty foods without knowing where this feeling comes from. This is your subconscious at work, driving you forward based on your deep unconscious beliefs.
Using your conscious mind alone to motivate you makes losing weight an uphill battle. If you have your subconscious mind on your side as well though, the desire to succeed will come naturally, with less effort needed from your conscious mind.

How To Get The Motivation To Exercise

For some reason, exercise is one of those things that everyone wants to do, but many can’t find the motivation for. Despite the fantastic health benefits that exist because of exercising, lots of people still can’t manage to drag themselves to the gym.
Why is this? Let’s explore…
The are four elements that come into play in regards to making yourself go out to exercise:
1.      Desire
2.      Motivation
3.      Decision
4.      Self-Confidence
The urge to exercise always begins with a vague idea (desire) that exercising will improve our lives. For instance, you may think that “if I exercise 3 times a week, I’ll be able to lose lots of weight”.
If a person can find the right motivation, they will be able to make the decision to go out and exercise. After they exercise over and over, they will develop self-confidence and will want to exercise more and more.
Unfortunately though, many people have a hard time finding the motivation they need to make that decision to exercise, meaning they are always lacking in self-confidence. Thus, they shy away from getting the exercise they need. Every time you say no to a desire and don’t follow through on it, your self-confidence levels plummet.
Lack of motivation is usually due to negative beliefs that are ingrained deep in the subconscious mind. People often believe that sticking to an exercise plan is too difficult or is too much trouble.
When you think like this, you completely lose sight of the positive reasons you want to exercise regularly, e.g. to lose weight, build muscle or become healthier. If you constantly have thoughts like “exercising is hard”, or “but I don’t enjoy exercising…”, they will become ingrained in your subconscious. Your subconscious will then prevent you from being motivated to go out and exercise.
Thankfully, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) can help us to rewire the focus of our subconscious to make us feel motivated to take positive action.
NLP is a form of hypnosis that targets the subconscious mind and helps to reprogram self-limiting negative thought patterns.
One of the first priorities when using NLP is to identify erroneous thought patterns that might be preventing us from having the motivation we need. Through various visualization techniques, it is possible to rewire the subconscious to focus on success rather than limitation.
When your subconscious mind has been rewired, finding motivation to exercise is easy. You will no longer need to force yourself to go to the gym; your subconscious will be urging you do to so, making it hard for you not to.
NLP can provide the missing piece of the puzzle when it comes to finding the motivation to exercise. If exercising feels like a chore, then it’s unlikely that you’ll ever be able to stick to a fitness plan.
If on the other hand, there is something inside giving you self confidence, driving you forward and making you really enjoy exercising, then it will be a piece of cake. Through NLP, we can achieve this kind of motivation.
Here is a recap of how motivation fits into the four key stages:
1.      Desire – A craving to exercise based on perceived benefits
2.      Motivation – Required to turn desires into a decision. Can be achieved by reprogramming your subconscious beliefs via NLP
3.      Decision – Making up one’s mind to take action
4.      Self-Confidence – Gained from repeatedly acting on desires. Results in permanent motivation

How Hypnosis Can Help You Eat Less Sugar

Did you know that hypnosis can help you to eat less sugar? Eating sugary foods is a type of behaviour that you may have gotten used to over many years. With the help of hypnosis, you can re-programme your subconscious mind so that you have a different attitude when it comes to sugary snacks.
Eating too much sugar is one of the main causes of weight gain. Sugar is pure calories and provides almost no other nutrients. When you take in excess calories, your body processes them into fats, resulting in an increase in body fat.
Sugars are broken down by the body very quickly and turned into glucose. This causes your blood glucose levels to rise massively. While this gives you a short burst of energy, it will not be long until you need more. As a result, it’s likely that you’ll reach out for another sugary snack like a cookie, and you’ll keep eating because those sugary snacks are being processed into glucose so quickly.
Numerous experts suggest that in order to lose weight we need to decrease our sugar intake and eat foods that provide us with other nutrients as well as sugar. In order to solve your problem with sugar consumption, you need to focus on eating foods with a low or medium Glycaemic index value. These foods satisfy your body better and provide energy for longer.
The solution is obvious, but it’s easier said than done. If you’ve been addicted to grazing on sugary snacks for a long time, it won’t be easy to give them up straight away.
Adopting new habits is something that the subconscious mind does not like. When your repeat similar behaviours over a long period of time, your subconscious accepts them as the norm. If you try to break these patterns, you will probably feel very agitated as your subconscious will not be too pleased.
Luckily though, it is possible to communicate with the subconscious through hypnosis. When in a deeply relaxed state, the subconscious mind is open to suggestions. In this state, it can be taught a new perspective about sugary foods which will you give you the urge to eat them less.
Suggestions that could be given to your subconscious include things like “You can enjoy sweet foods more if you eat less of them” and “you are forgetting to eat sweet snacks”.
These suggestions give the subconscious a new perspective and cause your usual urges for sweet and sugary foods to fade away. Thanks to this encouragement from hypnotic suggestions, your desire will fade away and it’s likely that you will find yourself adopting healthier eating habits.
As your habits change and become healthier, it will give reinforcement to the new perspective of your subconscious and it will now accept your healthier eating habits as the norm.
As you can see, hypnosis can help take away a lot of unconscious resistance that occurs when you try to make behavioural changes. Some people find that hypnosis is the catalyst for change after months or years of unsuccessful dieting.

Changing Your Eating Desires Using Hypnosis

Here’s an experience you’re probably familiar with… You have a burning desire to lose weight and you’ve committed to a new diet, but chocolate bars and potato chips are now the foods you are craving the most, and the craving to eat these foods is stronger than it has ever been.
This is what makes it so hard to commit to a new diet. How can you maintain a healthy eating plan when the temptations to eat fatty foods are so strong?
This is where losing weight can be become such a struggle. With it being so difficult to fight off temptation, it becomes almost impossible to stick to a diet successfully. To add to this, the stress it puts you under makes the dieting idea seem like too much to handle. This makes you want to give up all together.
To conquer cravings successfully, it’s good to understand why they exist, and how you can go about eliminating them.
When you start a new diet and eliminate fatty foods, your body will not be used to it. If you’ve been eating unhealthily for a long time, your body will have gotten used to your eating patterns and will expect them to stay the same.
But it goes deeper than just a bodily craving – these eating patterns are also expected from you at a subconscious level. Your subconscious will have learned that your unhealthy eating patterns are normal, and thus it will resist if you try to make changes.
This is where dieting becomes too much for some people. Something deep within them is giving them such a strong urge to eat all the wrong things.
So, one of the secrets to losing weight successfully is to change your desires. It doesn’t matter how good of a diet plan or how much will-power you have, if you can fight off the desire to eat fatty foods, you won’t have much chance of being successful.
Imagine if the thought of eating vegetables gave you the same feeling that you currently get from the thought of eating a chocolate bar. Wouldn’t that make weight loss a whole lot easier?!
Well, this is the goal of hypnosis. The cravings to eat fatty foods usually have nothing to do with our conscious minds. Even though you know logically that eating fatty foods is a bad idea, you still have a very strong urge to do so.
This is because the craving starts on a subconscious level. By bypassing the conscious mind and communicating directly with the subconscious, hypnosis can help you break the desire to eat unhealthy foods.
By communicating with the subconscious, hypnosis can alter your inner desires. If like many people you have constant thoughts like “giving up fatty foods is hard”, it’s going to be very difficult to stick to a healthy diet plan. Hypnotic suggestions implant new ideas into your subconscious, such as “you are forgetting about your old eating habits” or “you have a strong urge to eat healthy foods”.
After constant repetition, your subconscious will begin to believe these suggestions and this will be reflected in your eating habits and desires.
If you have an internal struggle on the inside and you are constantly filled with doubts, it makes losing weight 100 times harder. Hypnosis can be the key to transforming unhealthy desires into healthy desires and making weight loss a whole lot easier.
Summary:
  • Your desires to eat fatty foods are based on deep unconscious habits
  • Attempting to change your habits will be met by resistance from the subconscious mind
  • Changing your desires is key to improving your chances of successful weight loss
  • Hypnosis communicates with your subconscious and transforms negative desires into positive desires

Change Bad Eating Habits Easily With Weight Loss Hypnosis

Bad eating habits are a big cause of weight gain. Being as bad eating habits are ingrained in the subconscious, they can be very difficult to reverse. It is possible however to rewire our subconscious minds so that the body can learn healthier eating habits.
We all build habits into our lives to make life easier. Some habits are good, and some are bad. Whether good or bad, all habits are learned behaviours that eventually become ingrained deep in the subconscious.
Here is an example – when you are learning to drive, you have to take a lot of care and be cautious about everything you do. Checking your mirrors, indicating and using your brakes all require conscious thought and attention at first. After you drive more and more though, you no longer need to think about these actions and they become a subconscious habit.
This works the same for eating habits. If you began eating on the sofa regularly when you were younger, your subconscious would have learned that this behaviour is normal. Thus, from then on you would have a strong urge to eat every time you sit on the sofa.
The first step to reversing bad eating habits is to become aware of how habits work, and to identify the bad habits that you possess. When your try to change a habit, you will get a lot of resistance from your subconscious.
Here is an example – imagine if you met a new work colleague and they stretched out their arm to shake your hand. Now imagine that in response you simply looked at them but didn’t stretch your hand out in return. That would feel rather strange wouldn’t it? This would probably be the first time in your life that you have responded in this way, and therefore something wouldn’t feel right.
So, if you have been eating junk food on your sofa for years, and suddenly one night you are sat on your sofa without any food at hand, it would feel rather strange. Your subconscious would be used to you eating when sat watching TV, so would give you the urge to go grab yourself some food
If you are aware of your bad habits, you can use hypnosis to communicate directly with the subconscious mind to let it know that it’s OK for you not to eat junk food whilst you watch TV.
Because your bad habits are subconscious behaviour, you need to tackle them on a subconscious level. During hypnosis, the body goes into a deeply relaxed trance state where the subconscious mind becomes very open to suggestions.
It this state, your subconscious can be retrained and encouraged to find healthier and less harmful ways of satisfying your habits. Using hypnosis takes the anxiety and stress out of changing habits as it takes away the resistance you would naturally get from the subconscious mind.
Here is a short summary of what you need to know about changing bad habits:
  • Bad habits are learned behaviours; the more you act them out, the more you reinforce them.
  • The first step to reversing bad habits is to become aware of them- make them conscious rather than unconscious. You could perhaps list them on paper.
  • Your subconscious will resist your attempts to reverse bad habits.
Hypnosis can help eliminate this resistance.

Achieving Your Weight Loss Objectives Using Hypnosis

When trying to lose weight, it’s important to know where you are heading and why. You need to know how much weight you want to lose and how you’re going to go about losing it. When you have a plan and you have set some goals, hypnosis can take  you one step close to achieving your objectives.
To lose weight successfully, you need to have a plan. You need a solid diet and/or exercising plan in place that you know you can stick to, and you need to be committed. Once these elements are in place, using hypnosis can be very powerful and speed up your weight loss dramatically.
Have a Plan
Trying to lose weight with no long term plan isn’t going to get you anywhere. Take some time to come up with a suitable diet plan. Seek help from a professional nutritionist if you need to.
The same goes for exercising. Decide how often you’re going to exercise every week and what form of exercise you will be doing.
Give yourself some time to decide on an eating and exercise plan. You should be thinking long term here. Come up with a plan that you know you can stick to for a long time. It’s very important that your plan is a long term plan so that you know what direction you are heading in the future.
Make A Commitment
When you have a plan in place, make a solid commitment to yourself. It takes a lot of time and effort to lose weight permanently. You’ll notice that I have stressed the importance of the long-term future in this article. You should be prepared to make a lifelong commitment, not just a 2 or 3 month commitment.
Set Realistic Goals
If you set yourself goals, make sure they are realistic. Goals should be measurable and attainable. For instance, “go swimming twice a week”, “walk for 30 minutes a day”.
Hypnosis for Weight Loss
When you have committed to a long term plan and set realistic goals, you’ve made a great leap towards achieving your weight loss objectives. The only missing piece of the puzzle is finding your inner motivation.
When you adopt a new diet and exercise plan, you will be eating new foods and working out your body in a way that you never have before. Because of this, it can often be hard to adapt to the changes without resorting back to your old ways.
This is where hypnosis can be so valuable. No matter how good an eating plan you have in place, if that inner voice in your head is not on your side, you will easily be lured into breaking your new healthy eating and exercise patterns.
Some famous studies have been conducted where as many as 90% of subjects lost more weight than dieters not using hypnosis, and were able to maintain their lost weight 2 years later.
Hypnosis helps to make that internal voice in your head more helpful and more persuasive. It can reduce the power and volume of the unhealthy voice so it doesn’t have a destructive effect.
By targeting your subconscious mind, hypnosis can weed out the self-sabotaging thought patterns in your head and replace them with powerful positive messages. This naturally gives you a deep drive and determination to stick to your long term health plans.
